The first weekend of April 2014 we (my wife and me) planned a short vacation near the Dutch-German border. It was a beautiful weekend with a lot of sunshine and already, so early this year, a lot of blossom. This blossom I saw during a walk in a nature reserve called Zwillbrocker Venn. It is just over the border in Germany. It is also a lake where flamingos reside.
